Adjunct Professor of Law

Virginia Patton Prugh is an Adjunct Professor of Law and works as Attorney Adviser in the Office of the Legal Adviser, Law Enforcement & Intelligence, for the U.S. Department of State. She has served as a member of the US delegations to the United Nations Convention against Corruption, the Convention against Transnational Organized Crime, the Commission on Narcotic Drugs, the Crime Commission, and the Crime Congress. From 1982-2006, Professor Prugh served in the United States Army, Judge Advocate General’s Corps, retiring at the rank of lieutenant colonel.
