What we do
We are a think and do tank, connecting research to real-world security problems.
Research & Projects
Our goal is to connect research related to technology, intelligence, use of the military as an instrument of national power, individual rights, and institutional design to real-world national security concerns.
Academics
We offer comprehensive national security law education through multiple academic pathways: a standalone LLM program in National Security Law, an integrated JD/LLM program for students pursuing specialized expertise alongside their law degree, and specialized JD courses for law students.
Publications
We publish the leading, peer-reviewed Journal on National Security Law and Policy and our faculty and fellows offer analyses of, and solutions to, complex security challenges in Center reports and other publications.
Our focus areas
The Center’s research and projects deliver into the front lines of national security law and policy across three primary focus areas.
