Research & Projects

Our goal is to connect research related to technology, intelligence, use of the military as an instrument of national power, individual rights, and institutional design to real-world national security concerns.

Academics

We offer comprehensive national security law education through multiple academic pathways: a standalone LLM program in National Security Law, an integrated JD/LLM program for students pursuing specialized expertise alongside their law degree, and specialized JD courses for law students.

Publications

We publish the leading, peer-reviewed Journal on National Security Law and Policy and our faculty and fellows offer analyses of, and solutions to, complex security challenges in Center reports and other publications.
