Shivani Aggarwal is a Research Assistant at Georgetown Law’s Center on National Security. She earned her LL.M. in Technology Law and Policy from Georgetown Law in 2025. Her work at the Center focuses on how advancements in AI and emerging technologies are reshaping key areas such as privacy, biometrics, and outer space governance. Previously, she worked with global organizations, tech startups, and legal media platforms, driven by a passion for using technology to make legal services more affordable and accessible for all.
