Tal Gross
Affiliate Fellow
Tal Gross is an Affiliate Fellow at Georgetown University Law Center’s National Security Law Center and a Research Associate at the Israel Democracy Institute. She holds an LL.M. from Georgetown Law, where she was recognized as a national security scholar, specialized in international and national security law, and an LL.B. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Previously, Tal served as Editor of the Israel Law Review and as an Associate Editor of EJIL:Talk!, the blog of the European Journal of International Law. She also advised on international criminal and humanitarian law at Israel’s Ministry of Justice, where she worked on matters before international tribunals and on cross-border litigation in foreign domestic courts.
Her current research explores the intersection of technology, international justice, and national security governance.
